DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
SUMMARY
An opportunity has become available to join a growing and exciting company that is planning on revolutionising the alternative energy sector. The successful candidate will provide development-engineering support to the mechanical engineering group, they will have a good degree qualification in mechanical engineering or similar, and good experience in development of test and interpretation of results, with an understanding of measurement techniques, data acquisition and analysis.

THE ROLE
- Product development to ensure performance and reliability objectives are met, and shortfalls, deviations in performance and durability from the required functional specification are identified and reported
- Prove design durability with design validation testing
- Complete all tasks in a timely manner to ensure program delivery on or ahead of schedule
- Develop and maintain sub-system project plans for development of parts or systems
