This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, motivated and talented Desktop Support Analyst to join a firmly established and well recognised not for profit organisation.
Supporting well over a 1000 users throughout the UK you must have experience with the following:
• Providing hardware & software support
• Repair, installation, imaging and upgrades to PC's
• Troubleshooting problems with ADSL routers & firewalls
• Supporting MS Office
• Printers
• Ant-virus software
Joining the Service desk, this role would suit an excellent communicator who is comfortable supporting users at all levels and within a diverse environment. You will require a flexible approach to your work and be comfortable prioritising within your role.
This requires a candidate with strong technical skills as you will be a senior member of the Service Desk team.
You must have excellent previous experience of working within a helpdesk / service desk environment taking calls from users and providing both face to face and remote troubleshooting within appropriate time frames. You will handle between 50-80 calls each day and your role will require both telephone and email support plus also deskside support.
This role is offering a salary of up to £24,500 per annum dependent on skills and relevant experience.
