Desktop Support Analyst – Banking industry / Finance, Windows XP, Windows 7, Active Directory, Exchange, Blackberry, ITIL and Market Data application support required by my client, a Central London based Software House who provide services to the financial industry. The right candidate must have experience in IT Support, financial background and Market Data (Reuters, Bloomberg) support would be advantageous. Technically you must have strong Windows desktop support across Windows XP, Windows 7, Active Directory, Exchange, Blackberry in an ITIL environment. Also, having supported Market Data applications such as Reuters and Bloomberg would be advantageous.
