Design Sales Assistant - Isle of Man

As a Design Sales Assistant with Magnet you will play a crucial part in creating a unique experience for our customers by assisting and supporting the Kitchen Design team.  You will assist a trained designer in creating computer designs for customers and ensure that the project runs smoothly from start to finish. You will keep in contact with the customer and liaise with Magnet Installers to ensure the best service possible is always achieved and sales targets are exceeded.

You will be a self-motivated individual with customer service experience and experience in CAD or Spatial design, ideally within the kitchen industry. You will be trained in the design and selling processes with the ultimate aim of becoming a fully competent Magnet Designer. This is a highly demanding position, but offers a fantastic opportunity and stepping stone into a design and sales career with Magnet.

Qualifications:

• Qualifications in CAD, Spatial or Interior Design beneficial.

Skills and experience required:

• CAD Kitchen Design experience would be beneficial
• Previous experience gained in a retail or customer facing background.
• Excellent communication skills
• Driving licence and access to vehicle would be beneficial, though essential if candidate progresses to Kitchen Designer
