Global fashion retailer seeks a Design Manager to head up their design team of 10 people for one of their key menswear categories.
You will be fully responsible for the success of the brand, constantly analysing and developing it whilst ensuring it is in line with the budget and the brand vision.
You must be trend drive, customer-focused and commercial as you will be leading the direction of the brand whilst working closely with the buying team and product managers to ensure they are kept updated on latest trends and techniques.
This individual needs to have strong experience within fashion design (preferably menswear) and have had success of building up a highly successful team.
