Organisation Description
Our client is an integrated property developer with a portfolio encompassing premium residential developments, commercial towers, and retail arcades in Hong Kong and the PRC. They have a large scale project in Guangzhou, and looking for an experienced Design and Planning Manager to lead their project design.
Job Description
• Responsible for full spectrum of planning and design
• Coordination with government authorities, external consultants and project managers
• Large-scale project management
Person Specification
• Degree in Architectural Studies or equivalent, qualified Architect
• At least 10 years’ relevant working experience with developer or architectural practice, including 2 years’ hands on experience in China projects
• Experience in design control and project management in stages of conceptual, schematic, design development, production of working drawings / tender documents of various work packages and final delivery
• Conversant with construction regulations and formalities in China
• Exposure in large scale projects particularly commercial and residential projects will be a definite advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
