They are currently looking for a Deputy Store Manager for their store in Rugby - to be responsible for all daily operations including leadership and development of all shop personnel, meeting stated financial goals for the store and satisfying customer service standards.
The ideal person will have a passion for retail with drive to hit all KPI`s and targets, providing the best possible customer service at all times for this very service driven company.
The successful applicant will undertake an intense training course before managing their team. This attitude to training will be ongoing throughout the course of the job. The successful applicant will also be expected to encourage their team`s ongoing personal and business development.
Essential requirements for this position are:
- Good standard of education in English and Maths
- Previous retail supervisory experience with a hands on approach to Management
