A minimum of 2 years experience within a care home.
Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CSCI standards and a full valid work permit.

Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
