Our client a leading pawnbrokers has a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join their store in Leicester.
It would be beneficial if the candidate to possess fluent language skills in either Polish, Punjabi or Bengali. They also need to have experience in a Supervisory/Managerial role with a retail background and excellent customer service experience.
It would be an advantage if the suitable candidate has previously worked in pawnbroking or jewellery knowledge.
The main purpose of the role is to assist the store manager in the day to day running of the shop. It is important that they have experience in training, developing and motivating staff, assisting towards sales targets and setting goals and objectives.
This person needs to have initiative, be focused and innovative with a positive attitude. High levels of organisation and planning are required.
All candidates will be CRB checked at offer stage.
