RGN OR RMN trained nurse required for a Deputy Manager post.
Duties will include:
* Supporting the manager with the day to day running of the home
* Acting manager in his / her absence
* Providing excellent standards of nursing care
* Participating on the on call rota
* Ensuring person centred care
* Leading from the front on the nursing floor
* Assisting with creating policies and procedures
Person Specification
To be considered for this post, you must:
* be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
* have a valid NMC Pin
* have the right to work in the UK
* be able to provide satisfactory references and pass a CRB check
* have a caring attitude
* have strong people skills
* be able to lead by example
* be confident assisting with creating new policies
