Our Client, an award winning independent care provider, seeks to appoint an experienced senior nurse to assume the role of Deputy Manager at a 49 bedded provision for older people with Dementia, both residential and Nursing.
The successful candidate must have good leadership skills and GSOH and able to act up for the Registered Manager on occasions. In addition the post holder will be able to evidence good marketing and commercial skills in order to maintain high occupancy levels.
