The Operation:

Beautiful property with extensive al fresco dining facilities, modern gastro pub menu, 65 cover restaurant and bar area. Rural village location. Small number of high spec boutique bedrooms.

The Role:

Deputising in the absence of the directors

Ensuring customer service and standards are upheld at all times

Writing rotas

Controlling service and a team of approx 20 staff

General Management duties

Organising and managing private fuctions

Organising hotel bookings, checking guests in and out.

Successful Candidates:

Will have been in an assistant manager role for at least 2 years

Will be confident, and passionate

Excellent man management skills

Sales and target driven

Able to work in a high volume, pressurised environment

Have a flexible approach to work, be a team player.
