Our client is looking for a Deputy Hospitality Manager to run the Hospitality Department, their Meetings and Conference room, Restaurant & Café area within a Corporate Financial Company based in the city of London
The right Manager must be passionate about service and know how to train and develop their team to deliver exceptional standards. Knowledge of food trends is a must and an awareness of what looks good and sells well a real benefit.
We are looking for a candidate with a Food & Beverage background, someone that has been an Assistant Manager with a Contract caterer in a Corporate Environment, someone that has a strong track record and can manage a Multi Site Operation.
You will be responsible with the Catering Manager for the entire F&B operation, you need to have strong financial skills and the ability to really drive your team and achieve your targets. You need to be very confident
To maintain accurate accounting and review of P & L accounts to ensure KPI`s are met, and the ability to manage the team effectively. You must be used to manage a large team included casuals.
You will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department; responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
The right candidate must be highly customer focused, have good communication skills, Excellent command on English language both in oral & written.
5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE ESSENTIAL WITHIN A CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT
This is a full time contract role requiring flexibility with hours; 45 hours contract, with shifts patterns Monday to Friday, mainly day shifts with some evenings involved
