Our client, one of the most well established property group covering Hong Kong, PRC and all over the world, with main business in Property Development earned with a name in managing a wide portfolio of development projects, is looking for a talented Deputy General Manager to be responsible for a number of super high rise mixed use project in Northern China.

Job Description

 The position is the owner of a few iconic high rise mixed use projects in Northern China.  You will be the project controller of overall progress, quality and cost, the motivator of a team of multi-disciplined professionals, and the coordinator of all critical stake holders and co-workers including the contractors, consultants, government officials and team players.  You will be on top of the projects and answerable to the management.

To be qualified, you need to be a Degree holder in Building Construction / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying, or other relevant discipline critical to the success of the role with min 15 years of working experience including high rise iconic projects in China.  You should be a team player and have the capacity to bring energy, synergy, and results from the whole team.  You should have good command of both English and Chinese and should be familiar with the related local government regulations.  Professional qualifications are highly valued.
