1. Fully qualified, experienced, accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)).
2. Several years experience in an equivalent role in a housing association or similar organisation.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, precisely and effectively with senior executives and other prominent contacts.
4. The Deputy Director of Finance must have the confidence and experience to lead and motivate a small team.
5. Able to demonstrate excellent IT skills.
6. Able to demonstrate exemplary knowledge and experience of payroll preparation.
7. Must be able to demonstrate good people skills
