£22,500 - £25,500 + sleep-in allowance
A specialist therapeutic provider of education and residential care for children who have suffered severe early life traumas are looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager for a new residential home near Walsall, West Midlands.
You must have a minimum of NVQ/QCF level 3 working with Children and Young People (or equivalent) and at least 2 years experience working in a senior position. My client will provide training and further qualifications to help you progress within the organisation, so you must be willing to work towards a management qualification. They have a large network of children's homes so progression can realistically be achieved for the right candidate.
