Our Client, a leading trade goods supplier, are looking to recruit a new depot manager.

Job Description:

•You will be responsible for ensuring that the Depot exceeds weekly sales and profit budget.

•You will ensure that the Depot and it’s Employees are striving to maximise customer service.

•Undertaking regular reviews of the Depot’s compliance with all regulation and Company Standards relating to Health and Safety, environmental matters and the welfare of Employees.

•Ensuring that all Depot Employees are coached, trained and developed to meet the Depot’s and their own development needs and in line with Company requirements.

Key Skills:

•Excellent customer service skills, within a face to face environment.
•Hire Management experience is advantageous but not essential.
•Desire to work in a customer focused role.

•Local area knowledge for the Depot area served.
•Self motivated, target driven team player.

•Exceptional People Management skills.
