Excellent opportunity has arisen for a Collections Executive / Debt Recovery Paralegal with a Legal 500 firm. This thriving firm are looking to add to their highly skilled team with the recruitment of an additional Collections Executive / Debt Recovery Paralegal.
To be considered for this role you should have a minimum of 12 months experience in a debt collection role, be experienced in negotiating payments and have strong dispute handling abilities. The role will be to work in the shortfall department, and so litigation experience along with the ability to work under pressure are also key attributes that firm are looking for.
You will be expected to run the files from end to end, maximising recovery opportunities and identifying risks.
