You must be a good communicator with excellent leadership and motivational skills - working closely with the Line Managers helping to enhance their performances. Previous motor retail experience essential Salary: £34k pa - ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
