Our Client, an Automotive Main Car Dealership in the Blackburn area is currently looking to recruit a Dealer Principal to work in their busy Dealership.
As an experienced Dealer Principal you will have experience in managing sales, service and aftersales department, strong financial acumen, control and maintain high CSI scores.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be a sales expert and a strong, experienced Leader who has the drive and determination to succeed,
* Have a proven track record, preferably within a volume-driven dealership and be able to contribute to the success of the Group,
* Possess first class interpersonal skills, combined with a credible leadership style,
* Be 100% committed to give and always go the extra mile and hands on,
* Have the ability to implement and control process change,
* Be capable of building relationships at all levels with team members, customers and Directors,
* Have an eye for detail, meticulous standards, as well as possessing buying experience.
Our Client is looking for an experienced Dealer Principle within the Automotive industry and as such you must have Main Dealer experience.
