Dataflow Team Leader

Dataflow Team Leader, Salary: £21k, Location: Birmingham

Summary

A new Energy Supplier is looking for a Dataflow Team Leader who will be managing a team of 10 Dataflow Analysts who will be liaising with Meter Operators (MOPs) and Data Collectors (DCs) on a daily basis, and managing all electricity and gas dataflows. The team’s responsibilities are to ensure customer meter registrations are completed accurately, on time and to resolve registration failures and arrange meter site visits. You role will be to manage the team to ensure they are as effective and efficient as possible and to continue to look for process improvements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the company ethos of ‘delighting our customers’ is followed
  
• Ensure services are delivered to the highest standard to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  
• Support your team through coaching, personal development plans and training workshops
  
• Undertakes regular performance reviews with the team
  
• Ensure compliance with SLAs
  
• Proactively resolve customer concerns and complaints in a cost effective manner
  
• Identifies areas for process improvement and cost efficiencies
  

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous energy industry experience is desirable
