Data Analyst

We are recruiting an experienced Data Analyst to work for our Tyneside based client.

We are looking for an experienced Data / Management Information Analyst to work for our busy contact centre client. You will have extensive experience of working in a similar role and in addition you will possess the following attributes:-

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present reports and feedback to all levels
• Ability to work with management reporting spreadsheets and process client information
• Knowledge to recommend alternative reporting methods where appropriate
• A keen eye for details and ability to work unsupervised and to a high level of accuracy
• Process and time driven and able to deliver high quality work
• Advanced skills in Excel; PowerPoint and Word (including macros and pivot tables)
• A passion for statistical manipulation and delivery

This is an exciting opportunity with a great deal of development potential for the successful candidate. Initially the hours of work will be based around business hours Monday to Friday.
