Data Analyst

We are seeking an analyst who is passionate about the customer experience. Role
As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for gathering appropriate data sources, checking the integrity and accuracy of data, data entry (from one source to another), interrogating the data to spot trends and exceptions. You’ll collate your findings into pre-agreed formats, provide insight/commentary/interpretation and then publish/distribute it to pre-agreed decision makers
Key responsibilities:
Reporting
- Produce Operational Performance and Customer Experience reports in a timely fashion
- Create and maintain dashboards reporting, tailored to the appropriate the audience
- Stake holder for customer care data and reporting
Process Improvement
- Work closely with stakes holders to evidence and validate improvement suggestions
- Work closely with Management to highlight performance improvement issues/opportunities
Incident Management
- Produce ad hoc reports to evidence live issues and offer solutions
Key skills:
- SQL Querying
- Experience of Microsoft BI cloud
- Some Database Development and DBA Skills- Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of web technologies such as ASP, JavaScript, XML, CSS, Ajax
- Good reporting skills, use of Pivot Tables, Macros etc
- Knowledge of Email CRM system (ideally egain)
