Our client is the award-winning mother and baby brand offering true multi-channel shopping to parents across the UK and abroad. The business has grown organically with 42 stores and a comprehensive website and catalogue. A superb opportunity has now arisen for a Data Analyst to join their team.
This is a newly created role within the company giving you plenty of opportunity to make it your own. What’s more, for the right person there is even the potential to develop and expand the data department.
As a Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for selecting data for direct marketing campaigns and catalogue mailings based on customer RFM.
Your duties will include:
- Providing ROI reports for all direct marketing campaigns
- Providing data and analytical support for marketing in order to give a multi-channel view of the customer
- Scheduling the monthly supply of data to the database bureau
- Co-ordinating and scheduling all catalogue mailings with the mailing house
To be considered for this opportunity, our client is looking for an excellent communicator with a proven track record in a data analyst role gained within the retail sector. You’ll also need a high attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
The ideal Data Analyst will have experience of working for a multi-channel business within the retail sector, but this is by no means essential. SQL skills and experience of using FastStats would also be an advantage.
