Customer Services

This is an ongoing temporary position with an immediate start available for a Customer Service Advisor taking inbound calls. Hours are Monday to Friday rotating shifts of 8.00- 16.30 then 11.30-20.00. The role is: - Dealing with customers who require assistance - Arranging visits for repair teams - Keeping client data updated on system - Ensuring service levels maintained Candidates must have previous experience of high call volumes and transport is essential due to the location of the company.
