CUSTOMER SERVICES

The purpose of this role is to process and coordinate all customer orders.

Duties include:

-          Answering incoming calls

-          Respond to customer enquiries

-          Track and monitor progress of orders

-          Maintain and update the database

Applicants will have excellent communication skills.  They must be able to work on their own initiative as well as within a team. A good telephone manner and computer skills essential.
