Customer Services Team Leader

This well established European company is looking to recruit a Customer Services Team Leader. You should be a motivated, professional and a customer focussed individual who can manage a small customer services team. You will be involved with the coaching and mentoring of staff and be able to identify areas for training.  You will be expected to develop and maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge in order to improve the product, customer support and service.
You will need to be a competent excel user to enable the production of reporting information and sales statistics. You will also assist in the creation of customer care policies, procedures and KPI’s.
Enhance systems and processes to achieve optimum results and ensure that customer enquiries, orders, complaints, credit note requests and quotations are processed quickly and efficiently.
