A very successful company based in East Bristol area are looking for a Customer Services Team Leader to work on a Fixed Term Contract for approx 9 months. This is a very customer focused role, assisting in the management of approx 100 client accounts. It will also assist with the management and to provide an efficient administration and support service to the procurement side of the company. The Key Duties of the role include: - Monitoring Key Performance Indicators and identifying trends that indicate potential savings/overspends - Line managing the operations team and being part of Operations/support meetings - Supporting the development of staff member by reviewing and implementing Personal Development Plans - Maintaining confidentiality and security of data/information - Maintaining a system to ensure every customer enquiry is dealt with efficiently and problem solving - Carrying out revisions and additions to the data files for customer sites etc and dealing with queries - Monitoring the quality of service offered by suppliers, and ensuring suppliers are regularly assessed for performance quality and for compliance with KPI's - Carrying out audits of the performance of the operations team to ensure high standards are met - Developing & maintaining systems to provide statistical and customer detail information To be considered for this role you will need: - Previous experience of supervising and motivating a team within a customer focused environment - Experience of working with a customer account portfolio of 100 + accounts - To be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with grade C or above in 5 subjects to include Maths and English - Advanced experience of using Excel and a good understanding of Word. - Experience of using Sage is desirable. - Excellent written and oral communication skills In return, you will receive a salary of £16,500 - £18,000 (depending on experience). pro rata.
