Job Description
Our prestigious Client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to help support their small but very busy team. Our client is specialised within the manufacturing industry and the ideal candidate will need to be able to discuss the product in question, deal with any queries and arrange deliveries/returns.
Key Responsibilities:-
Deal with incoming calls
Resolve Customer enquiries or transfer to relevant department
Take orders and input information into the CRM system
Take payments over the phone
Arrange collections and deliveries
Discuss spare parts and arrange accordingly
Track parcels
Issue invoices
Ensure all filing is kept upto date
Due to location of the company, your own transport would be advantageous. The role is to start with immediate effect and will be reviewed on a week by week basis.
