Customer Services (languages German, French, Spanish or Italian)

You MUST live in the UK and within 20 miles of Haslemere, Surrey to be considered for this role.


Working for my client that is a market leader in the UK and Europe in their field you will be working as part of a friendly customer service team. This company is very established and stable and is looking to expand. You will be liaising with UK and International clients and therefore English and a 2nd European language (German, French, Spanish or Italian) is essential.

The department is very 'easy going' and you work hard but also have fun along the way. There is free parking.

Duties will include:-

  • Taking customer orders
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Chasing suppliers
  • Liaising with stores department and carriers
  • Updating the database



Skills

  • Fluent English
  • Fluent German, French, Spanish or Italian
  • Good communication skills
  • Accurate data-entry skills
  • Ideally customer service or administration experience
