Customer Service Executive required to work with our Kings Lynn manufacturing client. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Business Unit Manager and be responsible for processing and monitoring all customer orders. You will communicate internally and externally discussing the progress of projects. You will also attend and contribute to meetings within the organisation and, in some cases, this will involve working with a sister production unit in France so the ability to understand and speak French is very important for this role. The role also involves raising costings and ensuring agreed bottom line margin targets are met. Maintain costs through controlled zoned deliveries, and eliminate duplicate daily deliveries. Liase and work closely with unit colleagues within Manufacturing and Origination and raise and follow through any customer complaints within specified timescales.
This is an exciting and challenging role in a successful and dynamic manufacturing and development environment and as such a considerable amount of experience in a similar customer service environment needs to be linked with the ability to communicate in French.
