Customer Service Coordinator (Manager)
Europa is currently seeking to employ a Customer Services Coordinator (CSC) to oversee the Customer Service operations within the Lakeside Shopping Centre.
The role will also require the CSC to be the immediate point of contact for the Customer Services Manager, and will entail a requirement to oversee other operational functions as deemed necessary for the ongoing success of Europa’s service delivery commitments.
The key responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator will include:
- To coordinate and manage all Customer Service operations within the centre.
- Line manages the Customer Services Supervisor providing guidance, support and specialist expertise to the team.
- Drive change, new ideas and challenge current operating procedures implementing best practice across the structure.
- Ensure the team are tasked efficiently and effectively maximising resource at peak times matching rotas to operational demands.
- Provide a high focus on Customer Service ensuring that the team courteously communicate with members of the public, retailers and our client at all times.
- To ensure the necessary internal site quality audits are undertaken and provide a detailed action plan and manage any non compliance.
- Maintain the clients Daily Log system continually updating and addressing issues raised.
- Understand client requirements providing solutions to meet and exceed needs and contribute to achieving the customers’ objectives.
- To manage excellent relationships with our client, our suppliers and other partners.
- To support recruitment, Induction training, developing and retraining of staff where necessary ensuring a "one team approach"
- Ensure adequate quality performance (KPI’s) measures are adhered too and any non compliance is resolved in a professional manner.
- To ensure all site related risk assessments are continually monitored, reviewed and updated as necessary.
The successful Customer Service Coordinator will have:
Essential:
- Previous experience in a similar coordinating role
- Experience of operating within retail sector, understanding of retailer liaison.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a retail environment
- Well developed IT skills.
