Leading Building Society are looking to augment their branch team in the Southampton branch by securing a Customer Services Adviser.

From day 1, you'll enjoy a dynamic but varied role, dealing with a wide range of customer needs and selling products to their needs. The package is very competitive, as the basic alone goes between £12,000 - £13,000 with £1,823 town allowance and attainable bonuses on top. Furthermore, this role will offer you excellent career progression into further roles, such as Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager roles.

Ideally, you will be from a Financial Services, Building Society, Banking or Retail Sales background, and used to exceeding sales targets on a regular basis, able to deal and communicate with a wide range of customers & being able to fit into a dynamic branch based environment.
