Customer Service Administrator
Europa Support Services are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support the Workspace Services division of the Company.

The key responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator will include:
This role will include a variety of tasks including the following:
- Complete sales orders accurately and in line with Company procedures - ensuring all orders have PO numbers and have been signed off by client and/or team leader
- Ensure all sales/purchase order details are entered onto Company systems
- Ensure all client orders are acknowledged and entered on to Company reports
- Ensure all clients receive a copy of our order acknowledgement either via e-mail, fax or post
- Liaise with suppliers/ customers re deliveries
- Liaise with Delivery and Installation team re scheduling of deliveries, QRs and facilitator requests ensuring SLA is achieved
- Ensure all delivery folders are complete and passed to D&I team
- Liaise with Project Managers to ensure smooth transaction of helpline requests to furniture orders
- Liaise with sales team on a regular basis updating them on client orders and/or enquiries
- Liaise with finance department re inaccurate costings on purchase invoices and report back any pricing issues to team leader
- Ensure all take off’s / quotes are completed accurately and signed off by team leader
- Complete RBS reports in line with Company deadlines
- Assist elsewhere in Customer Service team if workload demands
- Raise invoice requests and send to finance department
- Raise POs for sub - contractors
- Liaise with Team Leader on a daily basis re client queries and/or issues
- Deal with all telephone enquiries to the required Company standard
- Undertake general office administration & maintenance of effective office procedures and requirements
The successful Customer Service Administrator will have:
Essential:
- Computer Literate - skills in all Microsoft packages
- Good general education to include GCSE passes in English & Math
- Very strong administrative skills
- Demonstrable experience of working at a similar level and proven administrative and office skills.
Desirable:
Experience of working in a busy sales support team preferably in the office interiors or move management industry
