Are you looking for a customer service role until the summer?

Your Challenge:

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers to our client’s automotive business. Your role will be to represent the Client professionally at all times, generating quality leads where appropriate and ensuring future customer interest by providing a first class service exceeding all expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities include:

  • Effectively manage inbound telephone calls and enthuse customers
  • Provide an excellent level of Customer Service to customers and prospects
  • Accurately update our European database
  • Find and deliver solutions to a variety of customer issues
  • Be conversant with and comply with all policies, processes and procedures
  • Escalate any customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identify recurring problems and provide feedback to management
  • Complete all relevant administrative activities
  • Develop and display understanding and knowledge of products and services.
  • Available to work Saturday when required
