Customer Service Team Leader

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a forward thinking friendly, insurance organisation.

They are looking for someone to work part time hours. You will manage a team of Customer Service Advisor's, set high standards of service excellence, support your team with technical insurance issues and carry out team and individual coaching sessions.

It is preferable that you have experience of working in the insurance industry and have experience working as a manager or coach with a contact centre environment.

£25,000 pro rata.
