My client, a leading company within their field, are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join their exciting, friendly and modern organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well recognised market leader.
You will be managing a team of 14 part-time staff
Ensuring all targeted outbound customer service calls are made by the team
Managing, motivating and coaching the Customer Service team
Liaising with other branches within the Essex area and collecting data
Compiling various data and customer service reports
Dealing with customer quesries and overcoming objections
The role is offering the hours of 11am-8pm 4 days a week and working every Saturday. In addition to a competitive annual salary you will also receive an annual bonus.
