We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER
To support, motivate and develop a team of Customer Service Advisors to provide an excellent service to all customers
To provide an excellent experience (via telephone, email or other communication media) for all existing, new and potential customers in order to support department contribution to customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Tasks, duties & responsibilities:
- To work as part of a team to effectively resolve all customer queries and be a professional voice for the to customers, both internally and externally
- Complete feedback to the team to improve performance and quality
- Highlight and assist (where necessary) the Customer Service Manager with performance issues
- To allocate work to advisors in order to ensure achievement of departmental goals and time frames for response.
- Proactively recommend alternative products or solutions to enable order fulfilment and help improve processes or systems internally
- Attend meetings in the absence of the Customer Service Manager, and feedback any relevant information
- Point of contact for query and issue resolution for the team
- Resolve escalated queries satisfactorily
- Participating in ad hoc projects/ work as and when required

THE SUCCESSFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER
- A competent administrator with excellent planning and organising skills
- Experience of selling together with providing advice and consultancy
- Familiar with information technology; using all relevant electronic applications with confidence
- A competent and confident communicator both verbal and written
- Experience of putting customers first
- Resilient and inquisitive
- Someone who drives for improvement and is results and quality orientated
