What you’ll be doing
You’ll be leading by example, supporting and guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer service to our trade customers, ensuring they return over and over again. When you’re not serving, you’ll be proactively attracting new customers to build your sales even more.
Maintaining excellent in-store standards and adherence to operational processes are also key. You’ll be really hands on and have your finger on the pulse operationally. It’s safe to say, you’ll never be without a challenge.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be sales and target driven, having worked in an account management or retail management position. You might not know the trade, but that doesn’t matter. We can teach you about our products, but we can’t teach you about passion. And that’s what we’ll be looking for. A passion for service, a passion for sales and a passion for success.
With a hands-on approach, you will demonstrate your experience in the understanding and influencing of store targets. You will have the skills to ensure the smooth running of the front of house alongside cash handling and stock management. Above all, we are looking for individuals who are motivated to achieve the standards we set and who enjoy working as part of a successful team.
