Customer Service Specialist - Dutch Speaking

We have an exciting opportunity within our Vision Care Customer Service business for a Dutch and English speaker. We are looking for a motivated individual to work in the Vision Care COE looking after key UK customers and supporting the Dutch customers.

Bausch + Lomb is looking for a strong team member to work closely with the UK and Dutch commercial teams to manage customers requirements and to provide a high level of service.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of your customers’ requirements and always looking to provide an excellence level of service and supporting our commercial teams to grow the business for Vision Care.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the Vision Care business, to work within a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment providing customer service within a Global market leading company in the ophthalmic industry. You will also be involved in continued improvement ideas and projects working closely with an expert team of customer service specialist and proactively co-ordinate all aspects of the supply chain.
