Customer Service & Sales Support

An exciting new opportunity as a Customer Service and Sales Support Co-ordinator within a training department for a leading global company based in Coventry.  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Sales Support by managing and converting warm enquiries
  • Compile management reports as required to review performance
  • Act as point of contact and manage client relationships
  • Respond to scheduled and ad hoc follow ups / queries.  
  • Manage pre and post event documentation including joining instructions and issuing client certificates in line with strict procedures and guidelines.  
  • Accurately update and cleanse databases
  • Identify improvements to processes within the administration of the business/department
  • Assist management with implementing new procedures

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of 4 GCSE’s grade C or above, desirable in Maths and English
  • Outstanding written and verbal  communication skills
  • Competent with IS products including databases and Microsoft programmes
  • Ability to multi task and work to strict deadlines
  • Flexible, adaptable and practical minded
  • Previous background in a senior administrative role ideally within the training sector
  • Knowledge of managing data with the use of spreadsheets and reports
  • High level of customer service

Salary and Hours:

35 hours per week. Flexi time including a half day on a Friday.
