An exciting new opportunity as a Customer Service and Sales Support Co-ordinator within a training department for a leading global company based in Coventry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Sales Support by managing and converting warm enquiries
- Compile management reports as required to review performance
- Act as point of contact and manage client relationships
- Respond to scheduled and ad hoc follow ups / queries.
- Manage pre and post event documentation including joining instructions and issuing client certificates in line with strict procedures and guidelines.
- Accurately update and cleanse databases
- Identify improvements to processes within the administration of the business/department
- Assist management with implementing new procedures
Person Specification:
- Minimum of 4 GCSE’s grade C or above, desirable in Maths and English
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Competent with IS products including databases and Microsoft programmes
- Ability to multi task and work to strict deadlines
- Flexible, adaptable and practical minded
- Previous background in a senior administrative role ideally within the training sector
- Knowledge of managing data with the use of spreadsheets and reports
- High level of customer service
Salary and Hours:
35 hours per week. Flexi time including a half day on a Friday.
