Sales & Service Representative - Leicester - £14,500 plus bonuses and benefits

My Client is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world. This client’s international network comprises around 9,500 offices in 85 countries and territories in Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa.

An exciting opportunity has arisen with this well-established bank, for 12 Sales and Service Advisors. They are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals.

Your duties will include:
Take incoming calls from commercial and Business customers of the bank
Helping these customers with their general queries and concerns
Problem solving, processing transactions and transfers
Fact-finding with customers to establish needs
Generating sales leads to pass onto specialist sales team
Working towards sales targets, deadlines and service level agreements

Requirements
Must be able to pass a credit search (No ccjs, defaults or bankruptcy)
Must be able to provide references for last 5 years (no disciplinary or dismals)
Must have worked towards sales targets and have customer service experience
