Customer Service & Sales Advisor

Due to their continued success, my client has created a new position for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join their customer service & sales team.

You will be involved in providing a first class customer service to clients whilst maximising opportunities to generate further business.  This will include handling customer queries, taking and processing orders and providing after sales support to ensure the department's targets are met.

To succeed in this role you will have previous customer service experience, preferably via the phone, and ideally, proven experience within a telesales/sales environment.  You'll possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a busy, motivated team.  Good knowledge of MS office and data entry skills are essential.
