Job Description

You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers regarding their personal bank accounts and taking ownership for helping them with any queries that the may have.

You will also maximise cross selling opportunities and be able to up sell products to the customer with a sales through service attitude.

The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a busy customer focused environment and have the ability to build rapport with customers while remaining professional at all times.

Person Specification

Successful candidates are those who come from a similar background that include working to targets, selling products and focusing highly on customer service.
