Customer Service Representitive - Starting ASAP

Your daily duties will include problem solving, empathising with customers and making informed, sensible decisions on how to advise customers appropriately.

This position requires someone with a passion for customer service
Daily duties include: 
* Handling incoming calls from customers with complex queries
* Advising customers in a calm and logical manner
* Problem solving
* Escalating particularly in depth queries
