Our well established Client is currently looking to recruit a hard working, naturally friendly candidate with a proven track record in providing 1st class customer services for their Dorchester Branch.

Within the role you will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries both face to face and over the telephone, you will establish their requirements by using you strong communication skills and also be responsible for spotting further sales opportunities and cross selling further products and services

A good telephone manner is essential, in addition you will need to be computer literate, accurate and able to work to deadlines, ensuring that all deliveries are on time to customers.

You will need to be motivated, calm and consistent with the ability to work in a fast paced changeable environment and have an eye for detail.

Working 45 hours per week on a rota basis which will include Saturdays and Sundays. Additional benefits include access to Company Pension Scheme.
