Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Participating in the hotline to take calls from customers and answer their questions.
• Making out bound calls to customers to ensure we comply with regulations.
• Handling different types of Policy Alterations and Policy Servicing on different types of products.
• Delivering quality customer service and handling enquiries or complaints through multiple channels including letters, telephone calls and emails.
• Acting as a key contact point for both internal and external customers and provide day-to-day administrative support.
• Participating in company projects as necessary, including the testing of new systems and products.
• Recommending changes to procedures/processes and participating in their implementation.
• Developing and maintaining an accurate filing system for the division.
Requirement:
• University degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience in life insurance industry
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and channels
• Excellent judgment and problem solving skills
• Possess strategic/commercial thinking and business acumen
• Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
