Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Temporary Customer Service Officers to work for a large financial organisation in Chester.

The main purpose of the role of Back Office Investment Assistant is to effectively process and administer customer instructions relating to Savings & investment products, adhering to industry regulations and departmental standards. 

Requirements of the Role:-

Essential
- Customer Service Experience
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of operating a PC using windows based software e.g. Word, Excel.
Preferred
-Attention to details

Contract Type: Temporary

Full Time

Hours: The role requires you to work shifts such as 8-4 ,9- 5 , 10- 6, 12 -8pm - includes working Saturdays on a Rota Basis.
