We’re seeking a new temporary Customer Advisor / Banking Advisor / Customer Service Officer / Cashier / Customer Sales Assistant for a new Banking Group based in their Norwich Branch
Full time, 6 months fixed term contract initially
£15,550
The ideal candidate will have a strong Banking/Financial Services sales and service background within a Face to Face environment interacting with customers.

Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Assistant in our Norwich Branch. This isn’t your typical bank branch – our vision is to have a network of Stores across the UK, offering customers a warm and welcoming place to do their banking.
The Branch will offer great value products, good service, no fuss and no hard sell. Just a bright, relaxed, comfortable environment to come and sort out money matters quickly and easily.
This role involves generating high quality leads across the product range whilst providing a first class service to all of our customers. Following training, you will also carry out interviews with customers to review their requirements. The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to demonstrate proven product sales success, whilst meeting retail savings targets. You will also have the challenge of establishing and managing internal and external relationships.
Person Specification
• Customer service experience, and ideally some sales experience
• The ability to recognise and proactively seek sales opportunities
• First class customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation, a positive and an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude
• The ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Good IT skills
