Customer Service - normal hours!
Location: Crawley, near Gatwick
Salary: £15,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Experience required: Either Customer Service / Customer support / Sales Support / Order processing / Sales admin / Call Centre
Work Monday to Friday in an established, friendly Crawley based company that looks after its staff.
You will enjoy a mix of duties within a small team that look after the sales function.
A great telephone manner plus a helpful and confident personality are essential along with at least a year of customer service related experience.

Duties include: Answer calls from customers, processing sales orders via telephone, fax, post and email, customer enquiries, managing returns, filing paperwork, dealing with disputed invoices, provide technical information, deliveries, provide customer literature and quotes and related administration.
